The ACF G-450 is a professional-grade chemical solvent specifically engineered for the high-precision requirements of display repair. During the bonding process of Chip-on-Film (COF) or Tape Automated Bonding (TAB) to glass substrates (LCD/OLED) or Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), residual Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF) must be completely eradicated to ensure a successful repair.

G-450 is formulated to dissolve the epoxy resin and conductive particles of cured and uncured ACF without damaging the sensitive ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) tracks on the glass or the delicate copper traces on the COF flex cable. Its rapid-action formula reduces cleaning time by up to 40% compared to standard industrial thinners, making it an essential consumable for bonding technicians using specialized TAB bonding machines.
