MECHANIC 223 100G HIGH ACTIVITY FLUX PASTE

Product Features:

1. Mechanic 223 100G High Activity Flux Paste Solder flux is a mixture of high-quality alloy powder and rosin paste flux, it can avoid pale yellow residue.

2. It is high-viscosity no-clean flux, has a strong oxide removal effect on gold-copper alloy substrate and wire, and can be used for phone chip soldering and reballing and through-hole solder joint.

3. Also suitable for BGA ball, semiconductor packaging, north and south bridge computer motherboard, communications, graphics, BGA, etc.
