MECHANIC S1512 SOLDER MASK LAYER REPAIR KIT

 

The MECHANIC S1512 Solder Mask Layer Repair Kit includes essential tools and materials for repairing damaged solder mask layers. Ideal for electronics and PCB repair.

 

How to use:

 

1. Clean the position that needs to be fixed on the BGA board and dry it with hot gun;

2. Apply paint on your PCB. Make it as even and thin as possible.

3. Cut the green oil net for your chip (distinguish between positive and negative);

4. Covered with green oil net;

5. Cured with UV light for about 5-20 seconds;

6. When breaking the green oil network, wash off the extra paint with gasoline or oil base solvent;

7. Finally, expose it under UV light again. If there is still bare copper, you can operate it again.
