Description

Tuoli TL-15A High Precision IC Chip BGA Tin Glue Degumming Cleaning Station

 

This Tuoli tl-15a universal ic glue remover fixture BGA IC chip cleaning station is very precise, and because of its low-profile automatic centering grip plates, it does not obscure your work. Perfect for chip clean-up, degumming, glue removal, solder removal, and grinding functions.

With 2 slimline plates, it operates in a 2 way Axis pincer movement, gripping the chip at its lowest point.  This method gives you maximum exposure to the chip, unlike other BGA / IC holders that cover the entire sides of the chip hindering your work.

The weight of the Tuoli station is 225g so combine this with the non-slip pads the underneath the station and you get a solid workstation that won't move while you are working.

Supports BGA IC chips from as small as 1.2mm up to larger than 22mm.
