1. 3.52oz/100g Rosin Solder Paste Flux, made of no acid, Lead-Free, No-Clean, soldering flux paste which is not easy to dump. BGA flux paste, easy to tin, less residue.

2. Rosin Soldering Paste, High Purity, Good Helper For Repairing And Welding.

3. Scope of application: suitable for soldering Iron Tip Cleaning, mobile phone, BGA repair, PC card, and other precision electronic chip-level flux soldering. Has a strong oxide removal effect on gold-copper alloy substrate and Wire.
