The Maant MY-38A Solder Paste is an ultra low-temperature solder paste formulated for the most heat-sensitive electronics. With a melting point of just 138°C, it’s ideal for working with delicate components, flexible PCBs, and thin or multilayer substrates where traditional soldering temperatures can cause damage.
