Amaoe iPhone CPU Green Oil BGA Reballing Stencil for Apple A10 

Use Steps:
  • Paint off the motherboard or chip, drag the excess tin surface flat, clean, keep dry, and then apply the appropriate green oil
  • Note that the green oil should be applied as evenly as possible, and the thinner the coating, the better
  • Align the green oil screen print face down to fit the pad, align the black point to the pad, and press flat to squeeze out excess bubbles
  • According to the different powers of the violet lamp, 5-60 seconds of ultraviolet lamp irradiation cunning
  • After curing, remove the green oil screen to clean the uncured green oil of the pad or use the UV lamp again to strengthen the curing effect
