Mechanic SU3 3-Second UV Light Soldering Mask for Phone BGA PCB MainBoard Circuit Repair

 

 

Feature:

 

1. PCB Manufacturing: This solder mask is used during the fabrication of printed circuit boards. After the PCB has been etched and copper traces applied, the solder mask is applied to cover the areas where solder is not needed.

2. Soldering Process: During the assembly of electronic components onto the PCB, the solder mask serves as a protective layer, preventing solder from flowing onto unwanted areas of the board and causing short circuits or other electrical issues.

3. UV Curing: The UV aspect of this solder mask means that it requires exposure to ultraviolet light to cure or harden. Once applied to the PCB, the solder mask is exposed to UV light in a controlled environment to initiate the curing process.
