Mechanic New UV-559 100g Flux Paste

 

Mechanic UV-559 100g Mild Rosin Lead-Free No-Clean Solder Flux.

 

Features: 

  • It can be automatically aligned to prevent false soldering.

  • Applies to cell phones, PCB phones, BGA and PGA SMD rework.

  • This flux guarantees high surface insulation resistance and offers a high pin test on the Flux circuit Recommended for welding components.
